FOURTH ANNUAL GREEK ADOPTEE REUNION
LAS VEGAS, NEVADA
JUNE 19-21, 2025

DON'T MISS IT! REMEMBER, WHAT HAPPENS IN VEGAS, STAYS IN VEGAS! After hosting three amazing reunions in Nashville, TN, Athens, Greece and Louisville, KY, we head west of the Mississippi to fabulous Las Vegas!

Dear Fellow Adoptees:

Join us in fabulous Las Vegas, Nevada at Harrah’s Hotel and Casino for the Fourth Annual Greek Adoptee Reunion 2025, June 19-21, 2025! Registration is open and we want to see YOU there! So, Viva Las Vegas! No conference or speakers, just lots of fun, fellowship and bonding with your fellow Greek adoptees. Bring your spouse/partner/children/travel buddy and join us for an amazing time of building community and connectivity. All Greek adoptees, regardless of group or organization affiliation, are invited and welcome to attend!

And this year, we are excited to partner with the Hellenic American Project (HAP) and its director, Professor Nicholas Alexiou, to record the stories of as many Greek adoptees on film as possible during the Reunion, as the Greek American story is not complete without the stories of Greece’s forgotten children. These one-on-one interviews will be preserved in the Library of Congress, available on the HAP and The Eftychia Project YouTube channels and may become part of a new documentary. The opportunity is open to every adoptee attending the Reunion and filming will begin June 18-19 (for those arriving early) and will continue June 20-21.

REUNION FAQ's - Frequently asked questions
1. What does the Registration fee include?
The $150.00 registration fee includes: Reunion credentials; goody bag; program guide; Welcome Party with food, cash bar, Greek music & dancing and special surprise guest; group tours of Neon Museum and Mob Museum; Greek Coffee Hours; and Farewell Dinner at local Las Vegas Greek restaurant with a fabulous dinner, dinner program, and Greek-themed door prizes.

2. Can I bring my spouse/partner, other family member or a friend?
Adoptees are welcome to bring their spouse/partner, any other members of their family or a friend/travel buddy to the Reunion. The registration price is the same for all attendees. With inflation and the subsequent rise in prices for everything across the board, we are unable to offer a discount for the second person in a family. The cost of registration covers only the cost of the Welcome Party, group activities, Greek Coffee Hours and the farewell dinner - there is no other fee/cost added in over and above the actual costs of the Reunion.

3. When should I arrive in Las Vegas?
Plan to at least arrive sometime on Thursday, June 19, 2025. The first event of the Reunion, the Welcome Reception, will be at the hotel in the Laughlin Room, 7:00 pm until 10:00 pm. Or, come a few days before or stay a few days after to enjoy all that Vegas has to offer. If you plan on arriving early, remember that adoptee interviews begin with the Hellenic American Project begin on June 18.

4. Does the hotel have parking? Is the hotel pet-friendly?
Parking information can be found in the link: https://www.caesars.com/parking. Harrah’s Las Vegas allows a maximum of two dogs up to 50 pounds each starting at an additional $100 per day, plus a refundable nightly $100 incidental deposit.

5. How can I travel to Las Vegas?
We chose Las Vegas because we wanted to have this Reunion west of the Mississippi and because of the myriad of fun activities it offers. Those in the surrounding states may want to drive, while the rest may prefer to fly. You can virtually fly from anywhere to Las Vegas. Check out the LAS website for airport information https://www.harryreidairport.com/.

6. If I fly, what are my transportation options to get to the hotel?
There are many transportation options from the airport to the hotel: taxis, limousines, rental cars, Uber, Lyft, etc. If you drive to Vegas or rent a car, keep in mind that you will have to pay for parking at the hotel.

7. What if I have special dietary needs?
There are some of you who may be vegetarians or have other dietary needs. Please let us know if there are any specific dietary needs and, while we cannot guarantee it, we will do our best to accommodate you.
